We have a no return policy for all items, which means all sales are final unless is an exchange item. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We only exchange an item for the same style in a different size.
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have as soon as possible, and once the return is accepted, we will ship your exchange.
If the item(s) is not longer available, we will let you know . Please browse our website for another item(s) and place a new order. Then follow our steps to return your item(s) for a refund. Instructions on how and where to send your package for a return will be provided by us. Items must still match all required conditions stated above.

If your exchange is accepted, you are responsible to provide return shipping label. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided by us . Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Each item is one of a kind and differences among the garments are considered as a feature, and not a fault.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
